R&D for Smart Materials and SMASIS products

SMASIS means: Smart Materials, Adaptive Structures, and Intelligent Systems. Smart Materials are those for which physical properties change with their environment. Examples are shape memory alloys that can change in shape or size with a change in temperature. The most common shape memory metal alloys are made of NiTi (Nickel Titanium).

How We Work

We can help you take a concept and turn it into a product, a patent, and a business

Creating Concepts and Products for Smart Materials utilizing SMASIS engineering

Applications of Smart Materials

Consumer Products

Robotics, Toys, Household Goods, Personal Protective Equipment, and Enchanted Objects are just some of the products we’re currently developing.

Consumer Products

They provide the basis for new technologies in everything from IT to IoT.

Transportation

Smart Materials are light weight, robust, easily integrated, and solid state.

Transportation

Outer space to inner space, new materials will change the world.

Smart Materials

Among the most promising alternatives are piezoelectric fibers, electroactive polymers, shear thickening fluids, and shape memory alloys.

Smart Materials

New materials will improve existing products and drive innovation across industries.
Passion is what drives us

We're not just determined about doing great work. We also love doing it
